School District 48 is reporting 150 students and 10 staff members are self-monitoring for COVID-19, as of April 21.
Spokesperson Jennifer Morris said that Vancouver Coastal Health is overseeing testing, and that the system in place is working.
The self-monitor count arrives days after the province designated 麻豆社国产a high-transmission community.
麻豆社国产has a case rate of 267 per 100,000, making it the 11th out of the 13 most affected areas in the province.As a result, the province has promised to funnel more of the AstraZeneca vaccine to town in a bid to up local vaccination rates.
