Royal Canadian LegionTo the Bingo players, there are only two nights of Bingo left until fall. The first is this Sunday (June 12). Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Bingo starts at 6:45 p.m. Don't forget part of the proceeds go to a local charitable organization so come out and show your support.
Tantalus Seniors' Centre
Open Monday to Friday, 1 - 4 p.m. Closed weekends and holidays. This is the time when a lot of programs cease for the summer, so watch this column for any changes. Monday, 1 p.m. - Crafts and Cards; Tuesday, 1 p.m. - Crib; Wednesday - with the nice weather this group has decided to their projects out doors. Meet at the centre at 10 a.m. for instructions. Thursday, 9:15 a.m. - TOPS; Friday, 1 p.m. - The Bridge club has folded until the fall; Friday, 7:30 p.m. - Whist. The annual general meeting is on Wednesday (June 15) at 1 p.m. Come out and show your support.
