Pumpkin Patch in the Park returns this weekend.

Whip out your cutest fall outfit because Pumpkin Patch in the Park will be in 麻豆社国产this Saturday.

Hosted by the Downtown 麻豆社国产Business Improvement Association (DSBIA) and the Rotary Club of Squamish, there will be loads of family-friendly activities plus pumpkin picking at Stan Clarke Park on Oct. 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

"I am thrilled to host this lively community event again,” said Kerry Neil, the executive director of DSBIA in a news release.  “This year, we are reintroducing some of our favourite activities, including Halloween art, face painting, balloon animals, games, BBQ, and an amazing photo op area. The Downtown 麻豆社国产Trick or Treat is also back, allowing children to visit over 30 downtown businesses for treats."

"Children will receive a free treat bag and a stamp card from the Pumpkin Patch. After visiting various businesses, they can return to the park to enter a competition for a chance to win the grand prize, graciously donated by the downtown business community.”

Additionally, children’s entertainer, Ira Pettle, will grace the festivities around 10:30 a.m.

Admission to the event is free, but the DSBIA requests a minimum $5 cash donation per pumpkin. The donation will go to either the 麻豆社国产Welcome Centre or the Rotary Club’s Oceanfront Playground fund.
