Whistlerites in motion: Melamed, Verner prevail at World Cup

Sea to Sky mountain bikers have been distinguishing themselves at all levels

Welcome back to your recap of Sea to Sky athletes and their exploits. Crankworx Whistler is but one month away, and it's only fitting that the mountain bikers are showing out around the world.

 recently added another enduro World Cup victory in Italy to his resume. Not to be outdone,  did the same roughly a week and a half later in Austria.

Over in Switzerland,  both rode to top-six results on the downhill World Cup circuit.

Much closer to home, returned to the win column at Phat Wednesdays, the Whistler Blackcomb-hosted series where newcomer  continues to make her name. 

has earned its second straight mountain bike provincials banner.

Most recently, edged out Iles for a World Cup bronze medal in Austria.
