The Howe Sound Cannons lost for the first time in 2015, but have a chance to avenge the early season loss in the friendly confines of Laroy Watt field in 麻豆社国产on Saturday (May 30).
The Cannons fell 5-0 to the Vancouver Jays on May 23 to fall to a record of two wins and one loss in 2015 North Shore Men鈥檚 Baseball Association action. The Cannons hammered the Reds 8-1 in North Vancouver back on May 12 and also had a second place showing at the May long weekend slo-pitch tournament in Squamish.
The home opener for the defending NSMBA champs occurs Saturday when the Cardinals come to town for a doubleheader. The Jays and the Cannons face off in game one at noon and game two kicks off at 2:30 p.m. Games are free for the pubic to attend.聽
Howe Sound has a busy month of home dates in June, with the Reds coming to 麻豆社国产for a doubleheader on June 13 and the Cardinals suiting up at Laroy Watt field for a doubleheader on June 20.
