The medals keep coming for Gracie Barra Squamish.
A trio of young athletes won medals in Brazilian jiu jitsu at the Tigerbalm tournament in Vancouver on March 21 and 22.
Squamish’s Sam Boa won gold after collecting three wins during the tournament. The seven year old holds a white belt in BJJ and most recently won a bronze in November.
Nine-year-old Rocky McKone from Â鶹Éç¹ú²úearned a silver with a pair of wins and his five year old brother Flint McKone grabbed a bronze and also won two matches. The pair won silver and gold respectively at a tournament in Richmond in November.
