Locals dirt bikers excel at Groundwater Memorial

Home trail advantage proved to be the edge for a handful of 麻豆社国产racers at the second annual Barry Groundwater Memorial Hare Scramble dirt biking event on Sunday (May 3).

Home trail advantage proved to be the edge for a handful of 麻豆社国产racers at the second annual Barry Groundwater Memorial Hare Scramble dirt biking event on Sunday (May 3).

Formerly known as Cat Scratch Fever, the race occurring in the trails near Cat Lake saw a total of 133 competitors from all over the province battle it out.

Local winners included: Jordan Gosteli (first place 鈥 Junior Over Class), Matt Cook (first place 鈥 Veteran Amateur Class), Wayne Hodder (first place 鈥 Veteran Expert Class) and Aaron Richardson (first place 鈥 Masters Class and overall first place winner).

The Pacific Northwest Motorcycle Association sanctions the event, and it is a key stop on the competitive tour organized by the PNWMA.聽
