Lak Siddartha unloads with fists on Mr. India during the main event tables match at the ASW show on Saturday (Nov. 3).

Mr. India managed to avoid being slammed through a table but the night ended with even more questions than answers for the popular grappler.

Lak Siddartha was tossed through the wood in the main event of the All Star Wrestling (ASW) event at the Totem Hall on Saturday (Nov. 3), yet the actions of his tag-team partner, Squamish's own Cody "TKO" Smith, left Mr. India scratching his head despite picking up the victory.

"That was the most confusing match I've ever had," India said, moments after the conclusion of the bout. "I had Lak set up to go through the table twice and my own tag-team partner pulled the table out of the way for some reason."

The former tag-team champions seemed to have some unresolved issues, as earlier in the show Smith told India to forget about the fans, something India refuses to do.

"The fans make a huge impact on my matches and having the people of 麻豆社国产behind me tonight made a huge difference," he said. "There's no way I should be able to beat a monster like Lak, but with their support I helped make it happen."

India used the fans, a steel chair and all the energy he could muster to defeat Siddartha in 15:47, after Lak collided with Mr. India (who had been shoved by Smith) and fell from the apron to the table.

Smith insisted that Mr. India was not following the plan they had discussed before the match.

"We talked about what we wanted to do in the back and when he got out there he switched it all up," Smith said. "He started listening to the fans too much and didn't stick to our plan. He should just forget the fans of Squamish."

According to Mr. India, Smith still has negative feeling towards local fans after they supported ASW champion Gangrel over him earlier this year.

"It all started with Gangrel," India said. "But he has to remember that we won our tag-team belts here in 麻豆社国产and never could have done it without the fans."

Despite their arguments, Smith and India said they are still friends and tag-team partners. Smith even saved Mr. India after he was attacked following the tables match.

"He's lucky I ran out and saved him," Smith said. "The energy comes from yourself, not the fans. You only need yourself; if you don't believe in yourself you'll never win."

In other action, The Great Kaskai defeated Alex Prestige via pinfall at 9:56, "Nasty" Nate Daniels beat Toga Boy at 6:42 via submission and The Breakers defeated the team of Matt XStatic and Patrick Large by pinfall at 16:35.

In women's action, Lylah Lodge defeated Mary Jayne Payne by pinfall after a senton back splash at 6:05 in a match that many fans considered the contest of the night.

ASW officials haven't confirm the date of the next show in 麻豆社国产but said they hope to be back at the Totem Hall in the spring.
