Edney is a former Quest University student, and was a member of the school鈥檚 first class.
The Calgary native has had a storied career as a luge athlete.
Some his most notable accomplishments include first place rankings in the 2017 to 2018 America Pacific Championships Men's Singles in Calgary and the 2016 to 2017 Viessmann Team Relay World Cup Team Relay in Lake Placid.听
