Sampson succeeds in Squamish

Despite being a midget, Short Sleeve Sampson proved he was more than enough man for fans at the All Star Wrestling (ASW) show on Friday (Sept. 19).

Sampson and the stars packed them in at the Totem Hall and Sampson didn鈥檛 disappoint, defeating his opponent Breaker Iton at the 16:30 match with a roll-up pin.

Sampson also managed to get a degree of revenge on Iton鈥檚 manager 鈥淰icious鈥 Verne Siebert. Earlier in the match, Sampson attempted his 鈥渋nchworm鈥 maneuver on a prone Iton, but Siebert pulled him to safety outside of the ring. Following his pin fall win, he attacked Siebert and delivered the inchworm to the delight of the fans.

Sampson said he enjoyed the fans in 麻豆社国产and that he checked out some of the local sites in 麻豆社国产like Shannon Falls Provincial Park and Chances Casino.

Bambi Hall retained her ASW women鈥檚 championship by defeating Kaitlin Diemond after pinning her with a cross body block at 9:26.

Squamish鈥檚 Cody 鈥淭KO鈥 Smith didn鈥檛 let the boos bother him, as he beat former tag team partner Mr. India by pin fall at 12:35. The finish was in dispute as India claimed that his foot was on the rope before the official counted three.

In tag team action, the team of 鈥淕orgeous鈥 Michelle Star and Toga defeated the team of Alex Prestige and The Machine when Toga pinned Prestige at 8:35. Following the match, Starr attacked his partner to the shock of the crowd.

The opening match featured The Great Kasaki retaining his ASW cruiserweight championship by besting challenger Matt Xstatic 2-1 in a best-two-out-of-three falls bout. Kasaki won the first fall with a victory roll at 4:24, but Xstatic responded with a roll up of his own at 7:55. Kasaki then earned the win by pinning Xstatic after a hangman鈥檚 neck breaker at 9:18.
