Sea to Sky Bears play Friday.

Hockey players from Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton will be competing on Friday in Squamish.

The Sea to Sky Bears U18 team is against the Port Coquitlam Pirates at Brennan Park Centre at 9:15 p.m.

“It’s game number four in the series between the Sea to Sky Bears U18 and the Port Coquitlam Pirates U18 team,” wrote Wendy Kearns Moore, who manages the Bears' U18 team, in an email.

“It has been a tight and competitive series and this game will decide which team goes to the Final 4.”

Kearns Moore said she hopes that fans of the bears can fill the rink and make some noise to help cheer the boys into winning.

She noted that the Port Coquitlam team will be busing fans up to the rink, so the visiting team will also have its own cheering brigade.

“It is going to be a great atmosphere,” she wrote.
