Three young 麻豆社国产triathletes reached the podium in their age divisions at the North Shore Spring Triathlon on May 23.
Charlotte Ross and Linnea Uunila won their respective age divisions. Ross finished her 75-metre swim, five-kilometre bike and one-kilometre run in 23 minutes, 53 seconds to beat out eight other eight-year-old girls. Uunila finished the same distances in 22:13, topping the nine-year-old girls' division that included 18 other athletes.
Eli Chappell, meanwhile, finished his 225-metre swim, 10 km bike ride and three km run in 38:30 to finish second, just two seconds behind the winner, in the boys' age 12 category.
