Kyley Rosser scored the go-ahead goal and Scarlett Stewart added an insurance marker in overtime as the 麻豆社国产Storm U14 girls travel soccer team reached the B.C. Coastal B Cup tournament semifinals with a 3-1 victory over the VUFC Wolfpack on Sunday (April 14) in Vancouver.
The Storm, coached by Brent Williston and Chris Doyle, face the Chilliwack Attack in a semifinal game this Sunday (April 21). The Storm, which finished sixth in the B.C. Coastal Girls Soccer League's Division 1 this season, is winless in three tries against the Attack, the regular-season Division 1 champion.
Rosser, who scored the lone goal in the Storm's 1-0 opening-round victory, also scored Squamish's lone regulation-time goal on Sunday against the Wolfpack. Regulation time ended with the teams tied 1-1.
