麻豆社国产Titans awarded at B.C. Provincial Championships in Richmond

The 麻豆社国产Titans took home the small team league trophy at the BC Provincial Championships in Richmond.

It was awarded by the Master Swimming Association of British Columbia in late April.

The titans had 20 swimmers who competed throughout the year at seven of the nine sanctioned meets.

Ultimately, the athletes earned the most points for the small team trophy 鈥 for groups with 30 or less swimmers.

This allowed the Titans to place first in their category and fifth overall in the province.

鈥淣eedless to say that coach Kelly Kaye and myself could not be more proud of our swimmers and our team,鈥 wrote coach Roseline Grimm in an email.

鈥淭he efforts, the determination and the training we have put in this year has really paid off. Coming from a triathlon club, this is no small feat!鈥

The scoring system is as follows: 20 points for first place finish; 17 points for second; 16 points for third; 15 points for fourth, and the points awarded decrease by one as the rank gets lower.

Points are doubled for relays.

The scoreboard for the small team division shows the 麻豆社国产Titans took first with a total of 3,634 points.

Vernon Masters were in second with 2,615 points.

Hyde Creek Masters took third with 2,467.
