You know why people are speeding? Because no one knows anyone anymore. We used to recognize each other and their cars and wave at one another or pull over and have a chat while still in their cars! This is a symptom of a disconnected and distracted community. How selfish to drive like this at the risk of harming a child, a neighbour, or a dog. Put in as many speed humps as you can, flashing lights, signs and cameras as the budget allows, District of Squamish. You don鈥檛 need blood on your hands.
